| My journey with BOSP Madrid started well before I arrived bleary-eyed at the Barajas Airport at the beginning of January last year. I had been thinking about studying abroad for quite some time, and my final arrival in Spain was the culmination of years of hoping and months of planning. I remember my arrival in the city: it was a rainy morning, and my first impressions of Madrid were of a city shrouded in mysterious blanket of fog. | Before going to Madrid in the winter, I spent fall quarter in Santiago, Chile. A lot of people ask me to compare the two programs, which is an incredibly difficult thing to do, since I had an amazing experience with both.
