Participant Requirements

Congratulations on your admission to the Bing Overseas Studies Program!

At the beginning of the term prior to your study abroad quarter, every admitted and waitlisted student will receive an orientation folder containing program-specific information such as the program calendar, contact information, arrival information, housing, meals, and additional resources.

The orientation folder also contains a list of required materials that each student is required to submit for their program by the established deadline. In addition, students are required to attend the orientation sessions for their program.

Students who are unable to attend the regularly scheduled orientation sessions due to an unavoidable conflict or absence from campus will be allowed to attend one make-up session later in the quarter or be able to arrange an appointment with the orientation coordinator.

Any student who does not attend the required orientation sessions and/or does not complete and submit all required materials by the deadline established by BOSP, will be unable to participate in the BOSP program and their offer of admission will be withdrawn and late withdrawal fees may apply.
